Automatically Exchanged Information

Approximate Location
When you submit a form, we derive an approximate location (country, region and city) from your IP address and keep it with your submission to detect automated submissions and spam. This is done on our own servers, without involving a third party.

To operate our site, we use service providers for hosting the site and storing documents (Canada), sending emails (United States) and monitoring technical errors (Europe).
